The Niger Police Command announced that three individuals were killed by suspected bandits in Pissa village, Borgu Local Government Area.

SP Wasiu Abiodun, the command’s spokesperson, verified the event on Saturday.
He stated that the bandits invaded the village about 9:00 a.m. According to reports, some residences were set ablaze during the attack, and the troops battled the robbers. However, specifics of the incident were hazy.
“According to the news, suspected bandits have entered Pissa village in Borgu Local Government Area.
“Three people were reportedly killed during the raid, and other homes were set on fire.
“However, the military responded and engaged the terrorists, but further details are still sketchy,” he stated.
