Hon. Shehu Sule Udi, the former Chairman of Ringim Local Government Area in Jigawa State, affiliated with the All Progressives Congress (APC), has acquired a nomination form for the Ringim and Taura Federal seat under the African Democratic Congress (ADC).
Mr. Udi has departed from the APC, attributing his decision to a perceived divergence from the party’s foundational principles.
He officially and publicly announced the African Democratic Congress (ADC) as his political party for the forthcoming electoral endeavour.
This action indicates Udi’s participation in the Ringim and Taura Federal constituency contest for the 2027 federal elections.
Following the acquisition of his forms, Udi articulated that his aspiration was motivated by a dedication to reorient the constituency towards equitable growth and sustainable development.
He, however, committed to always prioritising the interests and welfare of the constituency.
