Lobi Stars technical adviser Bala Abubakar has stated that his team is still in the process of being formed.

The Pride of Makurdi is currently competing in a preseason event in Ogun State.
Abubakar expressed confidence that the event would help him get the team in good form for the next season.
“I’m quite pleased with how my guys have improved. I still feel that the effort is ongoing; we are getting closer to our potential,” Abubakar told the club’s media.
“We are in the last stages of preparing for the new season. We are fine-tuning the team to see how we can instill our goals in the players.”
The new NNL season is set to begin on Saturday, November 8.
