Samuel Nwanosike, former Chairman of Rivers State’s Ikwerre Local Government Area, has branded the Federal Capital Territory Minister’s choice to back President Bola Tinubu in the 2023 elections as a political danger.
In a recent conversation with media, Nwanosike, as captured in a viral video, stated that the Rivers people are now benefiting from the “political risk”.
He noted that, since taking office in May 2023, the president has approved the nominations of numerous state indigenes.
He stated that all eligible voters in Rivers State will vote for the president’s reelection in 2027.
He stated, “There is no other way to express gratitude to a man who has done so much for Rivers State.”
“Wike understood our future and chose to take a political risk by backing an APC presidential candidate in 2023.
“Even before Tinubu spent up to three years in power, he had kept some of the promises he made to the Rivers people.
“In 2027, we will not have political parties; we will all vote for President Tinubu.”
