Rabiu Kwankwaso, a Chieftain of the Nigerian Democratic Congress (NDC), commended the substantial gathering of his supporters at his residence in Kano on Monday.
The fans besieged Kwankwaso’s mansion to demonstrate their unequivocal support for his vice presidential aspirations.
The former governor expressed his pleasure at the development in a post on his official Facebook page.
He stated, “I am pleased to have welcomed a multitude of our committed supporters in Kano today, who gathered in significant numbers for a solidarity march to my residence.”
I express my profound gratitude for this remarkable demonstration of support and encourage them to leverage this significant turnout by registering to vote in the forthcoming elections.
Kwankwaso is reportedly the vice-presidential candidate with the leading presidential prospect of the NDC, Peter Obi, for the 2027 election.
