Sowore advocated for a merit-based admissions system at higher education institutions.

Posting on X, the radical politician also pledged to disband the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).

Sowore announced that he would replace NYSC with a two-year, voluntary National Job Corps.

He stated: “When I become President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, @JAMBHQ will be dissolved.

“Admission to higher institutions should be determined by the institutions themselves through a transparent, merit-based system, not by an additional layer of bureaucracy.

“The National Youth Service Corps @nysc_ng, in its existing form, will be discontinued. In its place, we will establish a two-year voluntary National Job Corps that will provide participants with meaningful employment, practical skills, entrepreneurship help, and avenues to permanent positions.

“Nigeria’s youth do not require more mandatory programs. They require opportunity, employment, skills, and the flexibility to shape their own destiny.”
